We need a definition of virtual reality.  We
think it should be a broad one that covers an
interface with a computer synthetic/fabricated world, a
remote world (e.g., telerobot) or a combination of
these or an overlay of one on the other.  The
definition should probably exclude conventional
2-D simulations.  Any suggestions/thought
welcomed.
