First of all, thanks for putting PC code together so swiftly. 

A program library for C, or C++ that runs under microsoft, borland, and
zortech which is reasonable and cheap is Acromole,

this was written by David Parker. 

The address and phone is at home currently but I'll post it if there's 
interest. The package does wire frame drawings and allows multiple
windows and viewpoints. He has a demo disk available.
No hidden line removal or polygon fills.
