Star Trek's Menagerie. Actually at least one usenet bboard currently archive gif photos of its frequent posters on a voluntary basis. Another application: Health clubs / gyms could predict fitness development. Lots of narcissitic people in yuppie-land are potential customers. As a poster pointed out, these ideas aren't new but are a extension of non-VR graphics research in fabrics, human simulation.
