HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Because of the many participants in sci.virtual-worlds around the world
who are away from their computers to celebrate the new common calendar
year, we are suspending postings of messages until AFTER January 1st.
This way, important messages will not get a meager audience and then
roll over into oblivion.

Also, we will have some new features to discuss, like a new FAQ and
the proposed new technical newsgroup; and a survey to discover what YOU
think will be the big technological/industrial/cultural breakthroughs 
in virtual worlds, in 1992.

For now, we wish you the best New Year's in 1992 and hope that next
year finds us all prosperous in friendships and the things that make
life truly meaningful...and peace.
