Madeline l'Engle (sp?) wrote "The Wrinkle in Time"

Yes, "The Phantom Tollbooth" was extremely influential in my young life as well
as recently!

Just picked up a friend's copy the other day and opened the book to the story
of how Milo meets Dr. Discord, and his genie, the Awful Dynne, who specialize
in noise and the sounds of catastrophe...

Wonderful stuff, a tale woven with many layers!
