Can anyone here refer me to any studies that have been done on group dynamics
in a virtual environment? I am particularly interested in group management
techniques for facilitators of virtual workgroups. I am also interested in
gauging the transparency of the medium when used for group problem solving.
Paper, proceedings, texts, or your personal experiences would be most helpful.
