        Does anyone know where to start to learn about computers and the
        handicapped in general as well as the more specialized virtual 
        reality issues.

        Seems to me that there is a IEEE Sig that is dedicated to 
        handicap stuff.  Is it any good?

        As always is there an to date, textbook on the subject of 
        handicaps and computing.  For example, what are numercially
        the most important handicaps in our society.  What percentage
        blind, deaf, mute, paralyzed etc?
