A company, Tensor Products, is also marketing this as an interface for the AMIGA computer. I do not know what resolution is possible, or how hard it would be to adapt the technology (basically two ultrasonic transducers transmitting to a fixed array of receivers) to be head-mounted. I am working on a hand-based unit, for paraplegics, and might get so far as a head-mounted unit for quadraplegics as well.
