As a matter of fact I've many ideas on how to build it and make it extremely useful. Can you imagine Architects "walking" their clients through their new buildings, walking up stairs, etc.? What a powerful tool! Does anyone want to fund me/hire me to work on this? I've nothing better to do with my summer. Is anyone already doing work on something similar? But it seems to me that a true force-feedback glove is even more necessary than this contraption.
