Prince Artan Myril: the head honcho of the area, residing at the
	Imperial Palace in Myril.  He makes an annual pilgrimage to
	Tabolport to inspect things at the palace and receive homage from
	the Baron's court; other than that, he is rarely seen but often
	heard of (and occasionally from).
