Date: Mon, 19 Jan 87 13:27 EDT From: (Robert Royar) Organization: University of Louisville Subject: UEMAIL editor/terminal program (1 of 6) This file and the 5 following constitute a uemacs based editor and terminal package which supports 7-bit kermit transfers to and from the editor buffer. The program also has enhanced macro define abilities and startup files which define aliases for directories. The file can also define the function keys and number pad. I originally posted this to info-68k last year (march), but this version has been updated quite a bit for the ST. I have added a cc command set up for the Alcyon compiler. As is, the program returns 256K to the OS at startup so the shell command will work. Perhaps the source will be posted later. An earlier version of the source and of this program is available on CIS in the Ataridev SIG. (At least I uploaded the source, but it hadn't shown up as of this weekend). The program is large; it requires 128K to load. It does not use AES or VDI calls. Screen updates are rather fast because the original (v. 27) code was left intact. The archive contains UEMAIL.TTP The program UEMAIL.MCR A sample macros file that will load automatically UEMAIL.KEY Short documentation and key bindings CC.INI The aliasing and function/number key binding file
