PHDialer Configuration Program ver 1.0

This program will allows the user to configure PHDialer ver 1.4 and above.
Users using PHDialer ver 1.3 and below do not require his program. This 
program does work on PHDIALER.CFG.

This is a non-GEM program as it is used only once a blue moon and also it
is easier to do a GOOD-OLD APPLE ][ style utility.


Executing this program
----------------------
Just double click on the program icon or name or highlite the name and press
the hotkey for open.


The menu
--------
Once running the user will be presented with the following options

        B)aud rate setting
        E)dit the BBS/TEL entries
        S)ave the entries on to a file
        L)oad the entries from a file
        C)onvert entries from v1.3 to v1.4
        Q)uit
        
Pressing the reversed field single character will put the program into that
mode.

Baud rate setting
-----------------
Set the default baud rate on entry onto PHDialer. Just select the number 
that correspond to the baud rate of your choice.

Save entries into a file
------------------------
This option allows the user to save the entries into a format that PHDialer
will understands. This format is choosen for it's fast loading. The default
pathname is C:\PHSTUFF\PHDIALER.CFG.

To save to displayed pathname, press <S>.
To change the default pathname, press <C> and you will be prompted to enter
the new pathname.
To quit, press <Q>.

Load entries from a file
------------------------
This option will load in the entries from a file. The default file is
C:\PHSTUFF\PHDIALER.CFG.

To load from displayed pathname, press <S>.
To change the default pathname, press <C> and you will be prompted to enter
the new pathname.
To quit, press <Q>.

Convert from v1.3 to v1.4
-------------------------
Actually anything below v1.3 can be converted. The default pathname of the 
source file is C:\PHSTUFF\PHDIALER.DIR.

To convert from displayed pathname, press <D>.
To change the default pathname, press <C> and you will be prompted to enter
the new pathname.
To quit, press <Q>.


Edit entries
------------
This allow the user to manipulate the entries in PHDIALER.CFG. Remember to save
the entries after manipulation. This program is stupid in that it will not
do a autosave for you.

 Options        what it does
 --------       -------------
 up arrow       goto the next entry.
 down arrow     goto the previous entry.
   B            Change the BBS name of displayed entry.
   T            Change the BBS telephone of the displayed entry.
   S            Swap position between 2 entry.
   A            Add a new entry to last position.
   F            Find the BBS name.
   J            Jump to a particular BBS number.
   D            Delete the displayed entry.
   I            Insert a new entry into current displayed position.
   Q            Quit edit mode.
