    This archive contains a sampling of EPS vector files from set number
three of the Electronic Spinsters Vector Graphics collection.  The disks (3)
contain forty-four ready-to-use frames, rules and borders, plus forty-six
'elements' and 'tiles' which can be used to create new borders of any dimension.
These files are conversions from CVG clip-art, using Avant Vektor.  The files
are Adobe-Illustrator compatible, and can be displayed and modified in
Pagestream 2.x.  The disk is in Atari/MS-DOS format.
