Here is update30. The main feature of this update is gcc 2.4.0, plus
the usual complement of diffs. In the gcc stuff you'll notice that
we have started to clean up some stuff. There is more to go.
Also, be careful when mixing gcc -m68881 compiled code and non -m68881
compiled code. the returned values are in different places now.
