Release Notes for Trucker version 1.1

Bug fixes:

1.  Now if you pay an overweight fine, the correct fine is shown.  Before
    you would always be shown a $200 fine.  But in reality your expenses
    included the real fine.
    
2.  When being offered a spare tire at a truck stop, double lines were being
    printed on the screen.  This has been corrected.
    
3.  At times, the upper part of the display would appear printed double
    also.  This has been corrected.  There is the possibility of running
    the upper display off the screen if enough prompts are triggered in
    the lower half i.e. giving invalid answers to certain questions.
