Thanks for looking at my file. I hope that you will like it and that it will give you some ideas for projects with Calamus. Calamus is not really needed to do many of the tricks, but it is necessary to see the file. If you have Calamus why would you want to use anything else? The file has sample mailing labels and disk labels. Look them over and see how they were put together. Look at the column and row guides, these are the secret. The setting I have used work with Calamus Avery #5196 labels, and the DeskJet Plus. I believe that the DeskJet would most likely use the same settings. HP's LaserJets may also use the same settings. Note: I have set the this file up to load the labels with the small labels at the bottom (the last part to feed, that's toward you as you load the paper tray OK.) If you want you can use the same idea to print the labels at the bottom of the sheet. Just give it a try. Hint use regular paper to test out your files until you have everything set, it will vbe a lot cheaper. As it says in the file I am willing to sell my extra label sheets (they come 70 to a box, too many for me) $0.50 each sheet and $0.75 postage per order up to 20 sheets. If you need more than twenty sheets you should consider buying a box. This is only good while my excess supply last. today is May 15, 1990, if it is much latter than that you should check before sending any money as I may be unable to send you any labels. I guess that the only thing left now is to write a program that will read a floppy disk directory and make a text file to import into Calamus for printing. Good luck and have fun. The fonts used include Celtic and Flash, they are not needed to view the file. If you do not have all the fonts required just replace them with what you do have it should still give you the idea.
