The accompanying file (CALASTRO.DAT) is an "overlay" for Bill Aycock's
fine calendar program, "CAL: The Calendar Program".  You can merge it with
your current calendar data or load it into CAL as a separate "stand-alone"
calendar.  It contains lunar phases, solar and lunar eclipses, equinoxes
and solstices, and the major meteor showers from June 1, 1992 to December
31, 1995.  Calculations were made based on my location - Montreal.  Times
for eclipses are given in Eastern Standard Time and Eastern Daylight Time. 
I don't know where the various eclipses are visible from.  

     I used Eric Bergman-Terrell's AstroCal program for most of the data. 
The metor shower information comes from Terence Dickinson's excellent book,
"Nightwatch".
