I'm sending this message to every node in STN to ensure that all things are
working for everyone.  If you could respond as quickly as possible just so we
know where things stand.  There have been some problems in the network with
feeds and fileechos, etc. so we're trying to straighten the entire network out
at once.  If you could reply and answer the following questions, I would
appreciate it.

Have you changed to your new STN aka yet (if applicable)? (y/n):

Please send replies to this request to your uplink accordingly.  If you are
a node then your Hub or NC and if you are an NC then your RC and the RC to
the IC at 111:111/1 or stn-ic@bise.tzo.com.

For your information as well, there is an International Coordinator who
would be happy to help you should you have any questions.  If you do ever have
