PURPOSE: Full 255 Character Keyboard Buffer program allowing user
         to simulate the keypresses of upto 255 keys as if entered
         by the user from the keyboard. Great for configuration set
         ups and more! Unlike programs of its type OBBUF supports a
         large buffer of 255 characters and full controll of all keys
         including CTRL, SHIFT and ALT combinations and all the editing,
         numeric keypad, paging, tabing and ESC keys. Its all there!
