OK, here it is, TEXT_ENG.ZIP... I've had alot of requests for it, and it
takes just too damn long to ASCII upload through E-Mail on Delphi.

If you don't, too bad. No... just try to be constructive with a response,
and remember: this was not meant to be _HIGHLY_ optimized! So no gripes
about how "slow" it is... it's still quick for pure C, and it was written
for people to understand what's happening.
