This is a pallete rotating program that uses interaction with
the mouse to determine how these fractals look.  It is mainly here as
an 
easy 100% assembler graphics program.  It's mainly here to show
how to use a mouse, and mode 13h, and pallete rotation.  It's
also my first 100% assembler program....so it won't win any  
competitions.
