In the libs directory is the arp.library and also a much nicer file requester
is in the kd_freq.library.

Un-arc libs.LZH.  Put kd_freq.library and arp.library in your libs: directory.
Copy Bypass_Arp_FR to your C: directory.  In your Amiga startup-sequence add
the line:  runback Bypass_Arp_FR

Uedit will then be able to use the better file requester instead of the Arp
one.
