   Dear Fred Fish.

I have developed a new compression format for IFF-ILBM 
pictures. That is very simple and fast, but effective. I send
you IFFConvert, that uses this new format and that can convert
the different compression formats of ILBM pictures. It comes
along with full source code. I would like it if you could 
release it on an AmigaLibDisk.
