The Bill window
This one reflects the status of the current/previous call to a BBS.
It shows the current time, online time, costs arising from this
call and the costs for one hour with the given time-zone and tariff.

You can change the time-zone and tariff. If you change these while
you are online KCommodity will automatically recalculate the costs.
