Normal Time/Unit 1
This function will activate the first gadget for altering the
time/cost ratio. Within the "Normal Time/Unit x" Gadgets you can
enter the time which elapsed between two units for normal tariffs.
This value is specified in seconds here. The "Cheap Time/Unit x"
Gadgets are used for timeouts for cheap tariffs.

The "Costs per unit" gadget may be used to determine the cost
for an elapsed unit. This input has to be made in micros, say
cents, Pfennige...
