Enable
Re-enables KCommodity`s commodity-activity again.

Window-activation, KeyStroke-Clicker, Window-Cycling, LeftyMouse,
ESC WindowClose, Map "Umlauts", Screen/Mouse Blanker and all HotKeys
may now be used again.
