Set040 History -------------- V1.15 When switching from the 68030 to 68040, and you aborted at the last minute, the next boot would switch anyway. This is now fixed. V1.14 Bug Fix. When adding chip memory back to the pool it had the wrong attributes, and the name was in volatile ram. This has now been corrected. When the chip memory is added back to the free pool, on a CHIPROM to FASTROM conversion, it now attempts to merge the memory into a contiguous block if it is possible. Added the Commodore $VER: string to Set040 so you can find which version you have with the 'version' command. V1.13 Added the ability to enable or disable both caches and copyback in one single switch. Bug fix. If the loading of a kickstart or superkickstart disk failed the disk drive motor would be left on. V1.12 Added error trapping for a KICKROM attempt when the the current MMU setup is already KICKROM or unknown. If an attempt is made to remove a KICKROM setup, a custom error string is displayed rather than 'Unknown MMU'. The info output now recognises a KICKROM setup and displays it if found. Fixed a bug in the register information routine. The DTT0 register would print an incorrect value, The register display was only ever correct at the time of FASTROM installation. The register itself did contain the correct value. Optimization of code. V1.11 KICKROM can now allocate the required chip memory in any location rather than two specific locations. V1.1 Added KICKROM ability V1.0 First public release.
