These are PageStream 2.1/2.2 printer drivers. The CanonLBP driver
supports display comment messages and the CanonA2 not.

Following paper sizes are supported by the drivers and may be
specified through the special gadget in the printer select window.

a5
b5
letter
legal

PS: On turbo amigas the WorkBench CanonLBP driver might be faster
because of it's optimisation.
