distribution of the DEMO version of RayDance provided the following
requirements are met:

o  ALL files included with the RayDance demo version must be included
   in any redistribution.  This includes executable, script,
   texture, object, setup, README, and COPYRIGHT files.

o  NO modifications whatsoever may be made to either of the
   RayDance.demo executable files.

o  You may NOT reverse engineer the demo version of RayDance in any way.

o  The original scripts, textures, and objects shipped
   with the demo version of RayDance must be DISTRIBUTED without
   modification.

o  No fee may be charged for this software!  Disk archivers, such as
   Fred Fish, may however, charge a reasonable disk duplication fee.
