                                    README








            This is Term II, a communication program for the Amiga. It
            needs a Workbench 2.0x version (or above to run). It supports
            external protocol through XPR libraries, provides a number of
            commands which can be used from ARexx to build scripts. These
            command can also sent by external processes through a mechanism
            called XCMD.

            I try to make an English version. However, my Englich clearly
            not perfect, but I have done my best to provide an English
            documentation as cleared as possible.

            Feel free to send me your suggestions or criticisms about the
            program : I will try to include them in future releases (if
            any) or Term II. My smail and email addresses can be found at
            the end of this file.

            Term II has been tested with an Amiga 2000 and an Amiga 3000,
            and also with the A2232 multi-serial board.

            Term II is freeware : you can use it and distribute it freely,
            however you cannot make any commercial use of it, and all files
            in this distribution must be kept together.

            This program was written with DICE 2.06.15, Matt Dillon's
            shareware C compiler (DICE stands for Dillon's Integrated C
            Environment).
