SerLib.Library  is  an  Amiga shared library that allows easy access to the
serial  port  -  built  in as well as multiple-IO / internal modems.  As of
version 3.0, both synchronous and asynchronous transfers are supported.

If you only received the library itself and this file, check if you can get
the  complete  archive  of  SerLib.library from a fish disk (must be higher
than  470),  or a local BBS or other Net-services (FTP, etc.).  If not, you
can  always  get the latest version direct from me via electronic mail, BBS
