This two disk program is provided in its original LhArced packed file set
as it was submitted by the author.  Due to the relative complexity in
unpacking and installing them, there is no UnPackDisk script included to
do this for you.  You need to read the NGTCR2IC.doc file in the ngtc_docs
drawer on disk 506 (part 1) for instructions on how to do this.
Lharc is included in the :c of this disk as it is needed in this process
and wouldn't fit on disk 506.
