ToolManager 1.3 by Stefan Becker  WB 2.x utility to add tools to menu

     ToolManager 1.3 is a full featured program to add programs (either
WorkBench or CLI) to the tools menu of the 2.x WorkBench.  Programs
can be added by dragging their icons onto the ToolManager "config" window
or the optional ToolManager icon or by editing the config file.

     ToolManager can be run from WBStartup, its icon or from the shell (e.g.,
user-startup).

     C source (DICE variety) included.
