Copying License for the CZEd package and associated files

This copying license aplies to the following files:

 CZEd (.info)
 CZSplit (.info)
 CZLoad (.info)
 CZBank (.info)
 License (.info)

The files may be copied for any non-commercial purposes as long as the
following conditions are meet:

 - no part of the package has been changed or left out (specially the
   "License"-file)

 - Media containing the package, or the package itself must not be sold.
   This is valid for copying-fees which are charged for the copy process,
   too. An exception is granted to Fred Fish (and all redistributors of his
   ><>-Library) only to charge normal, reasonable copying-fees.
   "Reasonable" is considered to be a maximum of DM 5,- in Deutschland
   (Schweiz, Österreich), $7 in the USA, about 2x of disk medium costs in
   other countries. Other legal restrictions ARE LEFT UNTOUCHED! THE
   PACKAGE MUST NOT BE RIPPED OF THE ><>-DISKS WITHOUT WRITTEN EXPRESS
   PERMISSION OF THE AUTHOR!

 - Any party agrees to immediately destroy any copies of the package if the
   author, Oliver Wagner, requests so.

These rules are valid even when the package is included in PD-Libraries
like the "Amiga Lib Disks", or ><>-disks. Any violation to this rules will
result in legal action. Since I've got friends in many countries, no one
should think he needn't mind this 'cause I'm sooo far away...

Commercial distributors of freely distributable software who charge fees
for copying disks MUST delete CZEd, and leave only this License-File on the
disk.
