IntuiSup Library, Release 1.15

          This iSup  1.15 package  contains the software  and documentation
          required  to use  applications written for  the iSup  library. It
          does not contain the software and documentation required to build
          such applications,  but this is  available from the  author - see
          below.

          The material included is freely distributable as long as only the
          cost of  media is charged  and all the  files in the  package are
          distributed all together and unaltered.

          However,  this  is not  public  domain  software. The  executable
          files,  source  code   and  documentation  of  this  package  are
          proprietary  data of  the author, Gauthier  H. Groult.   Nor this
          software nor  parts of this software can be  used in any freeware
          or  commercial application  of any  type, could  it be  public or
          private, without first  registering or licensing from the author.
          Public usage or display of  the programs or sources in this pack-
          age is not  allowed. Selling this software or parts  of it is not
          allowed.


                            Using iSup for Public Software

          Writing  and  distribution  of  public  software using  the  iSup
          library  is encouraged  and is  free, may it  be for  freeware or
          shareware.  The only  obligation is to  become a  registered iSup
          user.  This can  be achieved  simply by  returning a  printed and
          signed copy of the  joined "Non Disclosure Agreement Form" to the
          author, at  the address  given below.  You will then  receive the
          complete iSup development package, including the linktime module,
          includes,  a  linktime  version  of  the  library, and  the  full
          documentation.


                          Using iSup for Commercial Software

          Writing and  distribution of  commercial software using  the iSup
          library is also  encouraged. This will require licensing from the
          author. Please  directly contact the author  by mail or telephone
          for more detailled information on commercial licenses.


                                      Warranties

          No  warranties  of   any  type  are  given  about  this  software
          reliability or ability to  match a specific need. The authors can
          in no  way be  responsible for  any damage or  loss of  data that
          would  happen before,  while or after  using this  software.  The
          only thing we do guaranty is that the package was virus free when

          first launched.  Anyhow, sufficient work was  put in this project
          to make these statements useless.
