There was no binary supplied.  I compiled one from the source using
Lattice 5.02, but it consistently guru'd my B2000 when I tried to
mount the handler.  I could have just been doing something wrong
though, since I didn't read the documentation thoroughly.  For example,
I am running AmigaDOS 1.3 with 1Mb of chip ram, and it was unclear
to me if the handler will run under 1.3, or is intended only for
1.2.

Anyway, even if it doesn't work because of a compilation glitch or
an error in my testing, I figured it was useful enough as an example
of a handler to include in its current state.
