This version of Handshake was posted on BIX.  It was downloaded
from there for placement in the library with explicit permission
from the author.  Below is the mail received from the author:

	How can I get the latest version of Handshake v2.11a 
	onto a Fish Disk?  A previous version was on FF60 I think.
	The new version does VT220, ANSI colours, Screen capture, etc.

	If you require explicit authorization, how's this:
	I Eric Haberfellner am the author of the SHAREWARE terminal 
	emulator Handshake for the Amiga line of computers. I explicitly
	grant Fred Fish permission to place this porduct on one of his
	disks of freely distributable software.

	There is a version here on BIX, which I uploaded myself, and 
	which I guarantee to be a complete and Virus^ free distribution.
