Dear Fred:

Enclosed is my public domain program Flow2Troff for your Fish
Disk collection. All source code & documentation is included, along
with a uuencoded executable file.

Flow2Troff converts files created with New Horizons Software's
outline processor, "Flow", to UNIX Troff files suitable for printing
on laser printer.

Thanks very much for the time & effort you have put into your Fish
Disk library!!!!!!
