Summary:	these two programs allow one to set/load/save/twiddle(via
		slider gadgets) the colors of a screen.  colour_plain dosen't
		allow twiddling.

Tested.

NOTES:
   The source to both of these programs will be posted to comp.sources.amiga.
   The built-in help for colour_plain tells about the "adjust" mode which
is not supported in it.
