TITLE:  MergeMem v2 --- uuencoded icon and executable

   MergeMem attempts to merge separate ram boards which
have been sequentially configured.  This new version works
from CLI and Workbench and is safer.  The original version
printf'd during a Forbid (breaking the Forbid).
