The user may now specify where on the Workbench screen the WBLink AppIcon
will appear (using either WBLink tool icon or shell arguments).

The 2.04 utility.library function "Strnicmp()" was used in place of the
SAS/C strnicmp, leading to a reduction in code size of ~150 bytes.

OpenLibrary() is now called with 37 as the library version number, instead
of 0, since this program can only run under Kickstart V37 or later.

Double-clicking on WBLink V1.00's AppIcon caused two enforcer hits.  This
has been fixed.
