Note that portions of this distribution were written by Charlie Gibbs (A68K),
the Software Distillery (Blink), Sozobon Ltd (Compiler pass and portions of
the includes and libraries) and Bryce Nesbitt (some of the runtime support).
Steve has pulled everything together and added a few enhancements in the
process.

Because of the size of the distribution, I have elected to add this material
to the library by creating a single archive of the entire contents of the
disk that Steve sent.  I've added a simple script, called "UnPack", that
recreates a copy of the original disk.  To create this copy, place the disk
containing this distribution in df0: and a blank disk in df1:, and from a
CLI run "execute UnPack" in the directory containing the UnPack script.
