This program was written in C.

Some features:
   1) The initial values are set for Colorado Springs, CO.  The long and
      lat and elevation are for the Downtown Post Office.  The correction
      for Longitude at 38 deg lat is:

                     1' 06.0" per mile.

      The correction at 38 deg lat for Latitude is:

                     0' 52.2" per mile.

   2) The program reads in the orbital elements for some 130 satellites.
      The data set is called SATDAT.ED and is updated every 2 weeks on
      Compuserve in the astroforum under Satellite Observing.

   3) The program provides a Ground Trace for the selected satellite.  The
      display increments in 2 minute steps.  So be watchful of selecting
      Ground Trace with a large duration of Prediction.

   4) The program accounts for the Earth's oblateness, but not atmospheric
      drag.
