Note:  The supplied install program apparently does not work when these
files and directories are not at the root of the filesystem tree of the
current disk/partition.  To install CrossDOS using the install program,
you will need to do something like the following:

	format drive df1: name junk
	copy df0:CrossDOS df1: all
	(then access the files on df1 from the workbench)
