Because I wasn't sure about the redistribution status of PathMaster,
I sent mail to the author on BIX.  Below is a copy of his mail to me
clarifying that PathMaster could be included in the library.

Please do Fred!  I am sorry if the distribution rules were not clear - I
intended PathMaster to be freely redistributably, although I still
wish to maintain copyright status on the work since I use it in my
own commercial code.  Thanks for taking the time to email me, and for
providing such a great service to the Amiga community!
