Contour Pens Help Information      *

The Contour pen gadgets serve as a
way of selecting the current
contour.  They also serve as
parameters to the Smooth, Cut, Copy,
and Paste commands.

Whenever you click a contour's pen
gadget, that contour's statistics
are displayed in the Contour
Palette's title bar. The title bar
indicates contour number, contour
pen number as well as height range.

A Contour pen and it's associated
potentiometer gadget make up one
contour in MandelVroom. MandelVroom
has 256 contours for every project
you open.  You can edit any
consecutive 32 of them using the
contour pens and potentiometer
gadgets.

Above the contour pens is a
horizontal strip called the Color
Bar.  Inside the Color Bar is a
rectagular box called the Color Bar
Box.  If you place the mouse cursor
inside the Color Bar Box and depress
and hold the left mouse button, you
can slide the Color Bar Box right
and left.

Notice as you slide the box, that
the contour pens change also.  By
sliding the Color Bar Box, you
can select which 32 contours you can
edit and change using the contour
pens and potentiometer gadgets.
