Mackie 1.13 release

- Faster, machine language splines
- Changes from splines->boxes->lines

Mackie 1.12 release

- Adds splines (compile with -DSPLINES)
- Time of `0' disables timer

Mackie 1.11 release

This release fixes a few bugs in the 1.1 alpha release.

- Function keys work now.
- Any spawned commands have a priority of 0, not 20.
- The -f option works.
- The .mackierc file is closed after it is read.
- Some minor space improvements.
