The material in this directory was submitted to me on disk directly
by two independent people working on the bison program.  This directory
contains three subdirectories, Bison1, Bison2 and CommonFiles. The
material in Bison1 was submitted by William Loftus and the material in 
Bison2 was submitted by Scott Henry.  CommonFiles consists of material
sent by both parties which were compared to be identical.  To conserve
disk space, rather than include them twice, I decided to put the  
identical files into a separate directory.
