This is an update to the bison released on disk 105, sent to me by
William Loftus.  I have added the calc files from the disk 105
distribution, for testing bison.  The only problem I noted
was that there appears to be no way to get out of the "calc"
test program on the Amiga short of rebooting.  It recognized the
first EOF (CTRL-\) and spit out a parse error, then would not
recognize anything else I typed, including CTRL-C.  This bug was
also in the disk 105 distribution.
