Usage:

  It has the following syntax:

      retool file [tool]

  So a line such as:

      retool file "ExP:ExpressPaint"

  will change the default tool of the icon "file.icon" to
  be "ExP:ExpressPaint".  To just see what the default
  tool is just type:

      retool file
